Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@harrisheartfeltcreations.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

If your package contains a damaged item please email returns@harrisheartfeltcreations.com within 48 hours with a photo showing the damaged contents of your order. We will issue a credit for the damaged amount or re-ship the item, depending on the circumstance. We have no control on how much the package gets shaken during transit, but we do our very best to package up your order in order to keep it as safe as possible during its transit to you.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders, sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS

We have a no refund policy. Please refer to "Damages and Issues" if your package is damaged or you have another issue. Once the package leaves our store we have no control over the package or time frame the shipping company takes to process and deliver your package to you.
