General
What are your hours?
I currently work from my home, so I will work on projects throughout the day or even possibly late at night.
My official "office" hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Saturdays 9am-12pm EST. Sundays are reserved for family time.
Do you have a local store?
I do not have a physical store location at this time that can be visited and shopped in person. If you would like to see something in more detail, please send an email to info@harrisheartfeltcreations.com and I would be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Shop Pay, Paypal (which offers credit/debit card payments), and Cash ONLY for local pickup/delivery.

How do I place an order?

Is it possible to change or add to my order?
Please email Help@harrisheartfeltcreations.com to inquire about changing or adding to your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can add to it.
Depending on where your order is in the processing stage and how much customization your order contains, we can possibly modify it.
Shipping and order issues/returns
Do you ship to Foreign countries?
I currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States and Canada.
Do you ship to contiguous?
I do ship to contiguous portions of the United States which includes Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and U.S territories. However, there may be additional fees to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and U.S territories.
What shipping service do you use?
I currently offer USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for all shipping.
Can I change my shipping address?
I can make changes to your shipping address ONLY if you have not received a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number for your order. If your order is still being processed meaning it has not been shipped, I will be able to update your shipping information for you. If your order has been shipped you will need to contact your preferred shipping provider to inquire about an address change.
When will I receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order is determined by a few factors, such as when you place your order, how fast I am able to complete your order and how far from me you live. Keep in mind, a holiday falling in between your order date and the date your package is estimated to arrive may impact when you receive your order. Please consult the carrier’s website of your chosen shipping method to see what holidays, if any, may impact your delivery.
After the carrier has accepted your order, I will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking number for your shipment. The tracking number is the best way to follow your order’s progress. I do not have any additional information about your package beyond what is provided by the carrier. Further, the carriers typically do not have any additional information about your package beyond what the tracking information posted on their respective websites. If your order does not arrive by the estimated arrival date, please contact us as soon as possible so we may begin the process of resolving the situation. Please also note, some carriers are asking to wait an additional business day before contacting them, as they are still rebounding from staffing shortages.
When will my order be shipped?
As of now, I anticipate getting personalized items shipped between 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. If a problem arises I will inform you immediately. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping will be USPS ground advantage unless you specify a preferred method. Additional shipping fees may then apply. Most USPS ground advantage packages take 5-8 business days to arrive based on your location from our store.
What should I do if I need to rush my order?
Please contact me at help@harrisheartfeltcreations.com before placing your order so that we may discuss the items in your order and the best way to get them shipped to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please note, next day and overnight shipping rates can be extremely high.
What if I want to return part of my order or my whole order?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Personalized items, are NOT returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@harrisheartfeltcreations.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized orders, sale items or gift cards.

What if my order arrived damaged?
If your package contains a damaged item please email returns@harrisheartfeltcreations.com within 48 hours with a photo showing the damaged contents of your order. We will issue a credit for the damaged amount or re-ship the item, depending on the circumstance. We have no control on how much the package gets shaken during transit, but we do our very best to package up your order in order to keep it as safe as possible during its transit to you.

What sizes do you offer?
I am working on offering all sizes for Men's, Women's, Youth, Toddler and baby's. As I grow my company, as will the sizes that are available. For now, please check the product listing on my Store website www.HarrisHeartfeltCreations.com to see what sizes are available and in stock at this time.

What colors do you offer for apparel?
For now, basic colors such as black, white, gray and pink are offered. As I grow, the colors that are available will also grow.

What if I want my own photos or images put on a product?
Am I able to transfer photos onto most products. If you have a design or image in mind that you would like to put on an item, send me an email at info@harrisheartfeltcreations.com with the details of the design or image and I can see if it is something that I can do for you.
